Today is a lazy day for us. We eat breakfast and take a walk in the town. However, the heat makes us retreat back to the comfort of the hotel. We have dinner reservations at 6:00 pm at the Gelston House which is right across from The Goodspeed Opera House right on the river. I have been coming to Goodspeed for over 25 years. the shows are always wonderful and the surrounding area of Connecticut is filled with fun things to do and scenic drives. Tonight we see Showboat.
